Trailers

This trailer has a full kitchen and equipped with dishes, pot and pans, a Keurig coffee maker and linens. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has double full size bunk beds. There is a gas grill, picnic table and fire ring. This rental will also come with 6 beach tags for Avalon Beach. 6 People are included in the price but can sleep up to 8. $15.00 a day per adult, $10.00 a day per child.

All cancellations are subject to the following cancellation charges and policy: Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be charged 20% of the deposit left for your reservation. NO REFUNDS for any cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival. All cancellations are responsible for the credit card processing fees of an additional $20.00. No refunds will be given for no shows.



**PLEASE NOTE: There is a $250.00 security deposit collected .

When you check out and we have inspected the unit, your $250.00 will be refunded to you.
