All cancellations are subject to the following cancellation charges and policy: Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be charged 20% of the deposit left for your reservation. NO REFUNDS for any cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival. All cancellations are responsible for the credit card processing fees of an additional $25.00. No refunds will be given for no shows.

Pet Policy:

Ponderosa Campground welcomes well socialized, friendly, calm, leashed pets. All cabins are pet friendly and a $15.00 fee per pet, per stay is required. Please let Reservations know how many pets you are bringing at the time of placing your reservation. The owner of all pets must be present and with the pet at all times. At the time of check in you must present updated vaccination papers. Pets must be on a leash at all times, and you must clean up after your pet. Only adults may walk pets while on the property, never children. No pets are permitted inside the pool area. If your pet is unruly or disturbing other guest you and your pet with be asked to leave the property with no refund. Please bring a cage or fence area to leave your pet in when inside the cabin alone.
